About the bakers
5 Acre Bakery is a small, family-run bakery founded by husband-and-wife team Matthew and Amanda. After moving to New Hampshire in 2018 to start their life together, they turned their shared love of food into a passion for baking and creating unique treats.
Matthew, originally from Rhode Island, holds a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and has a lifelong love for food science and innovative flavor creations. Amanda, a self-taught baker since childhood, brings a flair for cake and cupcake decorating as well as a talent for classic, cozy baked goods like banana breads, cookies, pies, and more.
Together, they blend culinary expertise with homemade charm to bring fresh, delightful baked creations to their community.
